Shipping policy

Prices, delivery, shipping and payment:

Reservation of delivery: 
The company THEPRO GbR delivers while stocks last. 

Delivery: 
The company THEPRO GbR ships with delivery companies selected by it. 
If an item is not in stock, the customer will be informed immediately by THEPRO GbR. 

Shipping costs: 
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the customer bears the shipping costs. 

Prices: 
The prices of THEPRO GbR do not include installation,
Training and other ancillary services. 
The prices shown do not include statutory sales tax. 

Retention of title: 
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of THEPRO GbR. 

Payment method: 
Payment is made by invoice or in advance using the selected payment method.

 

Transport damage:

In the event of transport damage of any kind, the customer is requested to report these defects to THEPRO GbR immediately.

The notification can be made by e-mail. THEPRO GbR asks you to refrain from returning the goods without being asked.
